“I give the entire Gladiator crew high professional marks across the board. In addition to all their other duties, the deck crew were a particular hit with the kids, working from 7am to 7pm to keep them entertained on the toys. This was the kids’ favourite trip and they have been on many. This means a great deal to us as parents.
The chef was wonderful. He obviously worked very hard and he could not have been better. The interior crew were delightful and their service brilliant. Chief Stewardess Layla is our favourite chief stewardess and we have experienced quite a few. Patrick was a great captain. He ran a well-organised and fun program. His planning and experience were greatly appreciated, especially given the challenging weather and an itinerary that involved diverse goals, a great distance to cover, and the additional complexities of there being a special shoreside event to attend.

The entire crew did a good job to provide the best possible times in Corsica and then worked very hard to make a comfortable night crossing to Ponza, where we had a great day, and then another night crossing to Capri. It was rough in Capri and the crew performed amazingly skilful tender transfers to make it possible for us to attend events.

We loved the yacht itself, she was comfortable and handled the sea conditions well. We liked the design work, the Feadship quality and the layout and we were particularly impressed with what Marcus Aurelius brought to the program. The chase boat gave Gladiator many advantages over the other yachts and added so much more to the experience than we had anticipated.
We would happily charter Gladiator again and we can confidently recommend the captain, crew, and the yacht to anyone.”
